FERTIGATION MACHINES

A dream machine for all fertigation needs of crop.

Fertimix Automatic Fertigation machine

Models:

  • Fertimix 1″ – up to 9 Cubic meters per hour – 100 liter tank.
  • Fertimix 2″ – up to 25 cubic meters per hour – 250 liter tank.
  • Fertimix 3″ – up to 35 cubic meters per hour – 500 liter tank.
  • Fertimix 3″ HF – up to 60 cubic meters per hour – 1000 liter tank.

Components:

  • Aluminium frame: strong, modular, non corrosive.
  • Piping and fittings: PVC non corrosive piping installation.
  • Electric table: all of the necessary connections for the booster pump.
  • Water meter with an electric pulse connected to the controller.
  • Hydraulic inlet and outlet valves.
  • A float to balance the water inlet into the tank with the outlet onto the field.
  • A triple purpose electric pump for fertilizer, pressure for the irrigation and mixing.
  • Water temperature sensor: to prevent the water boiling in the case of low flow rate.

Venturi pump:

It converts water velocity into suction and causes the fertilizer to mix in water. Two models available: Standard model – 350 LPH and High flow modes – 1200 LPH.

  • Venturi body: a “T” shape body with a unique nozzle inside.
  • Electric valves: connected to the controller which calculates required injection rate and operates solenoid accordingly.
  • Flow meter: a transparent conic tube with a ball inside
  • The fertimeter (optional): a fertilizer meter that sends pulses to the controller thus enabling Fertilization according to volume.

Booster Pump:

An electric stainless steel (non corrosive) pump, ranging from 2HP up to 25HP – depending on model of machine. Booster pump enables suction of the fertilizer and builds up water pressure.

  • Electric pressure stat – to prevent operation in the electric pump in “No Water” conditions.
  • pressure sustaining valve to prevent cavity in the electric pump.
  • Level sensor for automation and information.

The EC/pH system:

A system that includes a sampling cell with two electrodes EC and pH, that are connected to an electronic monitor. The monitor converts the electrodes signal to a standard 4-20mA signal read by the Galileo controller. The monitor is equipped with a display and a keyboard enabling the constant and clear presentation of the readings during operation. The monitor also serves for calibration of the electrode readings.

Fertijet Automatic Fertigation machine

Models:

  • FertiJet standard: up to 4 injectors of 360L/H for fertilizer and one of 160L/H for acid.
  • FertiJet HF: up to 4 injectors of 1200L/H for fertilizer and one of 160L/H for acid. Capable of injecting fertilizer into a flow of up to 250 cubic meters per hour at a rate of 5 liters per cubic meter.
  • FertiJet double HF: 2 FertiJets High Flow machines connected and controlled together.

Booster Pump:
